I DON'T HAVE TIME TO VISIT YOUR STORE TO MAKE A PURCHASE. DO YOU ACCEPT MEET UPS?

Yes. We only do meet ups in selected areas within Metro Manila. You will be charged a fee of P50-P100 depending on location. Our meet ups are usually between 10am-8pm only but we can adjust it on a case to case basis. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

I'M NOT AVAILABLE TO DO A MEET UP. CAN YOU DO DELIVERY TO MY ADDRESS?

Yes. We can delivery to your address (residence or office) as long as it is within Metro Manila.

A corresponding Delivery Fee of P50-P100 will be charged. Schedule of delivery is between 11am-8pm. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM BUT I DON'T LIVE NEAR METRO MANILA. DO YOU ALSO SHIP VIA COURIER?

Yes. We also do Nationwide Delivery via LBC overnight delivery. You will be charged a minimum shipping fee of P150. There may be additional shipping charges depending on the total weight and size of the item/s to be shipped.

Please inform us once payment has been made so we can process your order. Cut off time is 4:30 pm for the item to be shipped on the same day. All payments done after the cut off time will be processed for shipment the following day.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products come with warranty. We will replace any defective product within the warranty period with a brand new unit subject to terms and conditions.

 

Laptop Adapters including power cords are covered with six (6) months replacement warranty.

Camera Batteries have one (1) month replacement warranty.

Camera Chargers  have one (1) month replacement warranty.

Cables have one (1) month replacement warranty.

 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY?

1. You need to present the original Cash Invoice.

2. Warranty sticker must be present and untampered.

3. If the item shows some sign of abuse, neglect or damage due to accident, warranty will be void.

4. For Walk-In, Meet Ups and Metro Manila deliveries, all warranty issues must be done at our store only. You have to bring the item to our store for replacement.

5. For items shipped through courier, buyer will shoulder all the shipping charges during the couse of replacing the item. The original Cash Invoiced must be shipped together with defective item.
